Consulting

Electron Jungle offers consulting services by the hour, day, month, or year. Whatever your requirements, we will evaluate the task at hand and produce a concise understandable quote. All quotes are based on specifications you provide at the time of creation. If you don't have specifications, we will work with you from inception but there may be a slight charge depending on the actual services provided. This gives you an understanding of what the actual costs will be up front and, barring any major specification modifications, we stand behind our quotes.

Training
Electron Jungle not only provides training services but we will create training courses on demand. Our practical experience in the field is the most valuable part of our overall training offerings. It's one thing to teach out of a text book or from slides but practical knowledge allows a capability that goes far beyond to answer how, and why, things are done a specific way. We have also run across the many pitfalls learned through our field experience and can provide insight in order for you and your customers to avoid them.

We've created technical documentation based on the products of others and have given courses as if they were our own. Confidentiality and non disclosure are a big part of the process when involved with someone else's intellectual property. We take it very seriously and have provisions in place for an increased comfort level. Online documentation is also a possibility with real interaction between the instructor and several students in disparate locations through one of our partners.

Installations
There is really no such thing as an installation in the telecommunications industry. When two companies implement a protocol, there will no doubt be differences in their interpretation. We therefore consider every new prospective installation as an integration. There's a not too subtle point here when deciding what personnel to put onsite and choosing the wrong person can make a big difference.

Electron Jungle understands what is necessary and researches all aspects of the integration prior to arriving onsite. This may not eliminate all the problems that could occur but there's a much better chance of not running into any show stoppers. Delays are cut to a minimum and the end result will be success. We've been integrating networks for many years and can define problem areas long before they do any harm. Finding potential problems, before reaching the site, has allowed us to save many dollars for our customers.

Software Application Development
We are experienced in both new and existing product development. Our software development processes allow us to jump in at any level and provide you with the confidence of achieving a complete and polished solution. The steps we will take toward completing a project will be defined, documented, and adhered to so you can follow us through the process and be aware of the status at any point.

A services portfolio just isn't complete without proper support. Let's face it, if you don't have good support, you won't be in business for long. Customers are more likely to focus on your product if a wheel is squeaking. It's very expensive to change vendors but bad response time, especially when experiencing an outage, is sometimes enough to push a customer over the edge. Customers have contacts and communicationg their satisfaction level is likely. We can help to keep that message positive, thus turning it into revenue.

Keeping a support team on the books 24x7 may not be necessary but not having them available when required can be catastrophic. Electron Jungle can help by supplying support personnel for overflow, on a contracting basis, or through a retainer agreement. This allows you to operate with flexible staffing and overflow capacity.
